Head of Engineering
Startup with no IT department is currently looking for the first IT hire, that may then be the CTO.
Ideally you are a very strong frontend or backend engineer.
Very important to have management skills, to lead a team of 10 in the near future
You may have of around 3-4 years as senior software engineer.
Having some experience abroad is desirable.
You can be based anywhere in all America.
Required fluent engilsh and spanish conversational skills.
Up to MXN130.000 net annual salary
