Salesforce Report Engineer con Tableau

The IT + CX Data Analytics team is currently seeking a passionate Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for creating data analysis for the Information Technology (IT) & Customer Experience (CX) organizations to drive operational efficiencies. The Data Analyst is also responsible for gathering data from multiple sources and performing complex data analysis. Their work will enable the business to turn data into information and information into insight and insight into business decisions. This position reports to the Manager of Data Analytics and will work collaboratively with Senior Leadership and Vice President of Credit Repair Services, along with other operation teams.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain reports, analyses, models, and visualizations which provide insight into key drivers of the core business outcomes through advanced analytics + statistical techniques
Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce Report Builder and Tableau
Collaborate with our cross-functional team on improving our tools, methods and techniques
Contribute to our team and company data culture through peer collaboration, training, coaching and more
Work with a breadth of data [customer, behavioral, servicing, systems, etc.], tools, and technologies [MS SQL Server, Salesforce Report Builder (Lightening), Tableau Desktop/Server, GIT, Scrum, Python3]
Identify opportunities for business improvement through analysis of underlying data

Experiencia Requerida:

Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering or related technical field.
4+ years of experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets, monitoring and predicting trends and identifying opportunities through the interpretation of financial, behavioral, demographic and operational data
Strong ability to build visualization and reports/dashboards using Salesforce Report Builder
Experience writing complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures
Possess excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior business leaders and provide strategic recommendations
Sharp business judgment and the ability to see past the noise
Attention to detail to detect and debug anomalies in complex data processes
Passion for solving problems and driving business impact & eager to learn and apply feedback constructively

Experiencia Deseable:

Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative field
Hands-on working experience working with Salesforce administration and data architecture
Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and analyzing large data sets
Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently with minimal oversight
