We are currently looking for a SAP SFSF functional consultant with 3 years of experience to be working with global consultancy, with permanent contract and superior benefits, initally on remote and after in Guadalajara. Fluent english required.
Participates in the functional HR process. Provides business analysis, problem solving, management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS related to SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications and works closely with the HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions for any support related issue.
3+ years of experience in HR / HRIS
Experience with SuccessFactors is required
Understanding of Recruit to Hire process (internally and externally)
Understanding and hands on experience with SuccessFactor Position management and Compensation process
Presentation and analytical skills including expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Demonstrated professional maturity to handle confidential information.
SuccessFactors configuration experience required.
Minimum 2 years of IT analytical experience.
Minimum 2 years of working with SAP HR solutions.
Prior experience with software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated proficiency in SuccessFactors or any HCM cloud solution (e.g. through Solution Management, Sales, Presales, Consulting or Business Development roles).
Understand the SAP product landscape.
Ability to analyze workforce data and map data fields.
Fluency in Spanish & English.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree required from accredited university preferred.
