Tech Lead Integrations

We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong knowledge of the best development practices and system architecture so that we can produce the highest quality software in the fastest possible time.
It’s expected to lead the design and discussions about architecture. Will manage different projects, assign tasks to development team members, and oversee delivery aiming to support business growth effectively.
Knows how to build and motivate a talented and committed technological team.
Business acumen, experience on a start-up environment and a hands-on profile is required.

Experiencia Requerida:

5 years experience as a Software Developer
3 years experience in leading and managing teams
In depth knowledge and experience with PHP, Javascript (back and front) and front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. HTML, jQuery, VueJS, CSS, etc)
Experience with agile development methodologies as Kanban and Scrum
Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
Comprehensive understanding of service oriented application development
Experience with database development including relational and non relational database design
Experience with user interface

Personal skills:
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Ability of understanding business needs.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery. Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
Show commitment in heart and mind, strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
Willing to take risks
Interested in Big Data and Machine Learning
